Copyright owners should, immediately after their design products have been finalized, sort out all the relevant copyright documents both sketched drawings and engrossment. With our assistance, those relevant copyright documents will be compiled in a so prescribed way as to be used as documentary evidence in the future. When faced with infringement of their copyrights, copyright owners can through us lodge a complaint   with the Customs & Excise Department. The Law Enforcement Authorities may investigate the complaint, gather information and evidence and eventually may indict the alleged infringer for infringement of copyrights. In accordance with S.118 of the Copyrights Ordinance, Cap.528, if the alleged infringer is found guilty, he may be liable to imprisonment and/or fine.
